HOW TO TRANSITION.

🔄 4-Week Transition Plan to 100% Raw Feeding

Week 1: Start Slow

  • Feed 25% Modern RAW and 75% current food

  • Stick to this ratio for all meals

Let your dog’s digestive system adjust slowly while monitoring stool and energy.

Week 2: Half & Half

  • Increase to 50% Modern RAW and 50% current food

  • Serve raw and kibble in separate portions, not mixed

This helps maintain proper digestion and prevents temperature-related nutrient changes.

Week 3: Almost There

  • Feed 75% Modern RAW and 25% current food

You should start noticing improvements like firmer stool, less itching, and increased excitement at mealtime.

Week 4: Fully Raw

  • Transition to 100% Modern RAW

Your dog is now eating a biologically appropriate diet made for long-term vitality.

💡 Transition Tips:

  • Keep water available at all times

  • For sensitive dogs, extend any phase by a few days

  • Serve Modern RAW cold or room temp — no need to heat
