Modern RAW provides raw pet food made with USDA human-grade ingredients. Our products are intended for household use only and should be fed according to our recommended guidelines or the advice of a veterinary professional.

• We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

2. Subscription Terms

When you subscribe to Modern RAW, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis based on your selected delivery frequency.

• You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

• Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We only ship to physical addresses within Florida, United States. All orders are packed with insulation and/or ice packs to keep products frozen/cold during transit.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, carrier issues, or weather.

• Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if you experience any shipping issues.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable and frozen, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

• If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us at customerservice@modernraw.com within 24 hours with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review each case and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

• Charges for subscription orders will occur automatically on your renewal date.
